Dean Weber has been working in the dental industry for over 20 years. Starting in the IT side of dental, Dean quickly noticed a need for practice automation. With the help of his team they quickly developed ConfirmByEmail which evolved into a full practice automation system that has revolutionized dentistry. Dean enjoys working with our clients and continues to push forward with both IT and software.

Russ Chopek joined the Practice Alpha team several years ago and loves helping our clients. Russ has a strong business foundation which helps him to personally look after our clients and ensure their satisfaction.
